  When you sign up or sign in to the App using "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google," we collect the information provided by the respective service, such as your name and email address.

• Business Information:
  You may provide company and store details when setting up your account, which are necessary for the operation of the App.

• Product Information:
  You may input data regarding your products, inventory, and sale records, which will be stored securely under your account in Firebase.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Analytics and Performance Data:
  We use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Mixpanel to collect information about your usage of the App, such as features accessed, app performance, and error reports. This data is anonymized and used solely to improve our App's functionality and performance.

1.3 Third-Party Sign-In Information

If you use "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google," we collect and store only the information required to authenticate your account, such as your email address or user ID provided by these services.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the App and its features, including managing your account and processing your data stored in Firebase.

• To improve the App's performance and user experience through analytics and error tracking (via Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Mixpanel).

• To comply with legal obligations or enforce our policies.

 

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Data Storage

All data you input into the App, including company and store information, product details, and sales records, is stored securely in Google Firebase under your account. We do not access, share, or use this data under any circumstances.

3.2 Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not share, sell, or use your data for any purpose beyond the operation of the App.

We may share anonymized analytics data with third-party services (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Mixpanel) to improve the App's functionality and performance. These third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies.

 

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Accessing and Managing Your Data

You can view and manage your data within the App. All data stored under your account is accessible to you through the App's interface.

5.2 Deleting Your Data

You may delete your account and all associated data using the "Delete Account" feature within the App. Once deleted, your data will be permanently removed from Firebase and cannot be recovered.

5.3 Opting Out of Analytics

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.

 

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, providing additional notice within the App.
